Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at TshirtShopDallas.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Roberson Printing & Graphics offers a full refund on non-customized items if returned in unused condition.

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements  and Exchanges

All non-custom merchandise purchased by you can be exchanged for a different product of the same value as long as the item returned has not been worn or used. If the replacement item is not the same cost of the originally purchased item the difference will be refunded in the same form of payment it was originally made. If the exchanged item cost more you will just pay the additional cost using the method of your choice.

We offer a 100% replacement guarantee on all custom orders. If we make a mistake on your order please contact us with the order number and return all unused items within 7 days from the date you received the order. We will correct the order by reprinting it at no charge to you. The normal replacement time is 5-10 days. We do not accept returns on any merchandise you have used or worn. (If you have used or worn the merchandise, keep it and contact us with images of the misprint and we will discount your next order). If you make a mistake on your order (wrong quantities ordered, art proof approved with errors, etc.) we will gladly reprint your order at our standard pricing.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We do not offer refunds on custom printed apparel or merchandise for any reason.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
